I. General Terms

Ordering commissions will only be done through the listed Order Form or on Vgen ONLY. Do note prices may differ on each website due to using their services.
Please consider my art style when commissioning me. I may decline if I believe the project is beyond my skill or am uncomfortable working on it. You will be informed as soon as possible if your commission request is accepted.
For commissions that require additional help or multimedia arts skills, I may enlist the help of my friends (who will be compensated for properly).
Working on commissions maybe streamed on our Twitch. Please inform the artist if you would prefer otherwise.
Communicate politely and respectfully. Any rude behavior will will not be tolerated.
Always credit the artist if ever you are to post the work online. You may tag me or include any of my social media [preferred Twitter or Instagram for posts and Twitch or YouTube for similar platforms].
You may opt to pay extra if you would like the watermark to be removed or post without credits. Please inquire with the artist as the price depends on the type of commission.

II. Payment Terms

DO NOT LEAK ANY INFORMATION OF THE ARTIST! Please do not leak names, bank account details, addresses, and other information of the artist as they prefer to remain anonymous.
Transactions are done in American Dollars (USD) through Paypal and Wise. The artist will send their payment details once the commission is accepted.
Payment is required first before the artist begins the commission.
If you feel unsure, opt for the partial payment first and once the sketch has been delivered, then you may decide if you are to continue with the service or terminate it.
No refunds are allowed once the commission has started however, the Artist reserves the right to declining and canceling a commission if the T.O.S. are breached. Another condition is if an emergency were to happen to the artist and they are unable to continue, you will be refunded depending on which stage of the commission the artist has finished.
Termination will only be allowed for partial payments at the sketching phase; meaning the project will not continue and the client will no longer be asked to pay the remaining fee.
You will be given about three days to finalize the payment once the commission is accepted. If you would need more time, feel free to inform the artist for an extension. If not paid between the listed time, the slot will be given to someone else.

Payment Plan	Description
Full Payment	The agreed payment is submitted in full for a faster process and priority.
Partial Payment	The client pays the sketch fee (40% of the total fee) first and once the sketch is approved, the remaining payment must be sent before the artist continues.

III. Workflow

Working hours are generally around 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM PST/PDT from Monday to Friday as I have work during the daytime [Subject to change depending on personal schedule].
Commissions are not first come, first serve. Please keep in mind I will be working on multiple projects and communicate with several clients at the same time; your patience is greatly appreciated.
Rush fee is +20% of total price to be finished within the day or 2 weeks depending on the complexity.
You will be updated on the progress of your commission as each stage is completed and may check Trello for updates.
If calls are needed for further clarification and direction, a Discord call in the Dragon's Den server may be requested.
You are allowed 1 major revisions in the sketch phase (ex. hair change, different hand position, etc.). 2 minor revisions are allowed overall (ex. Colour related concerns, lineart issues, and etc.)

Fill out the order form or request through Vgen. Commission details sent through other means will not count unless mentioned otherwise.	Wait to get an email / Discord response or approval from Vgen. The final price quota and payment details will be included for your approval.	Once payment has been received, the artist will begin to work. You may check for updates on Trello.	You will be updated with the sketch/ draft before the artist moves to rendering.	If approved, the artist will then move on to lineart & colour or renders and send it to you for any revisions.	Once finished, you will be emailed with the final commission files.

III. Terms of Use

DO NOT re-sell the commission or use my services for NFTs or anything Crypto-related. My services are only for personal and specified commercial use only.
DO NOT feed the artist's work or commissioned projects into any AI programs.
DO NOT claim the commission as your own work.
DO NOT trace or edit the commission without asking permission from the artist.
The artist retains the copyrights to the commissioned work ergo credits are required unless paid to remove. Again you may tag the artist or use any of their social media; either Twitter or Twitch.
The artist has the right to use the commission as samples of work; it may be used for portfolio purposes and shared on social media for advertisement while crediting the client.
Below are the other details on how you are allowed to use the commission depending on the type. If you have any more questions or have a different desired use in mind don't hesitate to ask the artist before finalizing the commission order.
