Ordering commissions will ONLY be done through Vgen or through Dorogoom's business email ([email protected]) for customized projects not available on Vgen. Please consider Dorogoom's art style when commissioning; the artist may decline if they believe the project is beyond their skill or are uncomfortable working on it. You will be informed as soon as possible if your commission request is accepted.

Working on commissions maybe streamed on our Twitch. Please inform the artist if you would prefer otherwise.

Please communicate politely and respectfully. Any rude behavior will not be tolerated.

Always credit the artist if ever you are to post the work online. You may tag the artist or include any of their social media; Twitter or Instagram for posts and Twitch or YouTube for streaming or content. You may opt to pay extra if you would like the watermark to be removed or post without credits. Please inquire with the artist as the price depends on the type of commission.

DO NOT LEAK ANY INFORMATION OF THE ARTIST! Please do not leak names, bank account details, addresses, and other information of the artist as they prefer to remain anonymous.

Transactions are done in American Dollars (USD) through Vgen or Paypal. The artist will send their payment details once the commission is accepted.

Payment is required first before the artist begins the commission. However, if you feel unsure, opt for the partial payment which is $50% of the commission and once the sketch has been delivered, then you may decide if you are to continue with the service or terminate it. If you would like to continue, then the remaining 50% would be needed before starting the next phase.

Termination will only be allowed for partial payments at the sketching phase however the sketch fee (50% of the payment) will not be refunded; meaning the project will not continue and the client will no longer be asked to pay the remaining fee if they wish to withdraw.

You will be given about three days to finalize the payment once the commission is accepted. If you would need more time, feel free to inform the artist for an extension. If not paid between the listed time, the slot will be given to someone else.

No refunds are allowed without valid reason accepted by the artist once the commission has started however, the Artist reserves the right to declining and canceling a commission if the T.O.S. are breached.

You may be refunded if the artist is unable to deliver before the guaranteed delivery date without informing of possible extensions.

Another condition is if an emergency were to happen to the artist and they are unable to physically continue, you will be refunded depending on which stage of the commission the artist has finished.

Please note that VGen takes 5% for service fee + payment processing, Paypal takes 5% of a processing fee, and the VAT of 10% are included in the estimation for the final price.

Working hours are generally around 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM PST/PDT from Monday to Friday (Subject to change depending on personal schedule). Turn-around depends on current queue and general workload. Typical times can take 1-3 weeks at max.

Please keep in mind the artist will be working on multiple projects and communicate with several clients at the same time; your patience is greatly appreciated. Commissions are not "first come, first serve".

Rush fee is +45% of total price to be finished within the day or 2 weeks depending on the complexity.

The client will be updated on the progress of their commission as each stage is completed and a low-resolution file will be sent for checking through Vgen. You may check Trello for full transparency. Please note NDA projects will not be shown on Trello.

You are allowed 1 major revisions in the sketch phase (ex. hair change, different hand position, etc. until approved). 2 minor revisions are allowed overall (ex. Colour related concerns, lineart issues, and etc.).

Please do let the artist know if the is any issues with the commission. List all the issues or concerns with the commission during the checking phases as there are a limited number of batch revisions. The artist is open to feedback and strives to deliver satisfactory results.

DO NOT re-sell the commission or use my services for NFTs or anything Crypto-related. My services are only for personal and specified commercial use only.

DO NOT feed the artist's work or commissioned projects into any AI programs.

DO NOT claim the commission as your own work.

DO NOT trace or edit the commission without asking permission from the artist.

The artist retains the copyrights to the commissioned work unless discussed otherwise. Credits are required unless paid to remove.

The artist has the right to use the commission as samples of work; it may be used for portfolio purposes and shared on social media for advertisement while crediting the client unless an NDA agreement was signed.
